The service location is responsible for maintenance during the work service, which includes:

• Accommodation
• Daily allowance
• Travel allowances
• Meals or food money
• Health care
• Special clothing and equipment for service tasks

The service location and the non-military servant cannot validly agree on other arrangements.

Compensations paid by the service location during work service (e.g., daily allowance, meals, accommodation, etc.) are tax-free compensations.

The service location reports to the income register that the daily allowance is paid for non-military servant.
